Kendall Square Asset Management is a hedge fund investment business entity. It was established in September 2016 as Summit Asset, Inc. It obtained a license for the hedge fund investment business in December 2016, and changed its name to Kendall Square Asset Management in January 2017.
As a subsidiary of ESR Kendall Square, we boast an enviable track record of developing and operating logistics centers that meet all global standards. Our commitment to sustainable management includes taking all applicable ESG factors into consideration in an asset’s entire life cycle, ranging all the way from site selection to development and operations.
At the present time we are making active new investments through the establishment of real estate general private funds. Our goal is to grow into a platform that will allow us to strategically diversify our investment portfolio going forward.
